Donnella Tilery

Donnella Tilery, CIC, is a Certified Trainer, DISC Behavioral Administrator & Consultant. She currently works as a Human Resources Manager for SCLSNJ.

For three years, she worked in a dual role managing adult services programming and library communications at Chester Library. In 2022, she presented at the NJLA Leadership Program using DISC Communication and Leadership Style Behavioral Assessments. 

Her diverse background of corporate and non-profit experience includes working for John Wiley and Sons LTD., YWCA, Reed Elsevier, and FGI.org. Donnella is an RVCC Workforce Career Instructor conducting workshops for the Babs Siperstein PROUD Center at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital. She will be one of the three instructors for the 2025 RVCC Sanofi Mentorship Program. She is also a Nepris.com volunteer presenter for K-12 students.
